We have met many gorgeous dogs in the BnB, the most famous being Max, Paddy, Harry and now Tally. They have all helped us on our journey to find our own adorable spaniel: Peppa. We would love you to meet her.
For our B&B guests: we try to ensure you can have your breakfast with your dog if you would like to. So you can sit in the lounge, dining room or even in the garden on those warm Cumbrian mornings! We have dog treats and old towels at the ready!
For solo guests, we have a cute Shepherd’s Hut in the garden – an ideal place to bring a dog, particularly if you think they may be nervous or happier away from other guests.
Of course you are welcome to bring your dog when renting The Mount as a self-catering cottage
Please do note we have two cats of our own – they are likely to ignore your dog, apart from a disdainful glance!
We have been completely overwhelmed over to receive not one but two amazing paintings of lovely our cats and our gorgeous dog from two talented and very special guests.
